You can create and add custom discount coupon codes to your Windo shop. Note: Discount Coupons is a premium feature. Let us get started by adding our first discount coupon.
Open the Windo app.
On the home screen, tap on Settings on the bottom-right corner.
Scroll down until you see the “Marketing & Discount Coupons” section.
You can view all the created discount coupons here. To begin creating a discount coupon, tap on Create Coupon.
You can create your discount coupons of two types – Flat Discount or Percentage.
Flat Discount
You can create a flat discount coupon code when you offer to deduct a specific amount from your customer’s total order.
Follow the below steps to create a flat discount coupon code.
Select the Flat Discount radio option to create a flat discount coupon code.
Coupon Details
Under the Coupon Details section, enter a custom coupon code under the “Enter Coupon Code” field.
Next, enter a discount rate value that you wish to offer under the “Flat Discount Value” field—for example, INR 150 or $2.
Now under the “Enter Minimum Order Value” field, enter the value where your flat discount coupon can be applied from.
Other Details
In the Other Details section, the first option is to select whether your flat discount coupon is applicable on the entire Windo shop or only on select products.
To pick where your flat discount coupon code is applicable, tap on the “Discount is Applicable On?” dropdown.
Pick the Shop option from the dropdown to apply your flat discount coupon to your entire shop. The discount coupon will now be applicable once you save it.
Pick the Products option from the dropdown to apply your flat discount coupon on select products in your shop.
You will now see an Add Products button appear. Tap on it to select the product your discount will be applied to.
Now, select the product you wish the discount to be applied to. After selecting the products, you will see them lined up under the dropdown.
Now, to set a limit on how many times a user can use your coupon code, enter a value under the “User Limit” field.
Next, select the payment mode for this coupon that is applicable. Check the Cash option to make the discount redeemable on that payment mode.
Next, select an expiry date of the flat discount coupon code using the date picker beside the “Select Expiry Date” option.
Lastly, you can add the flat discount coupon code description in the “About Coupon” field.

Percentage Discount
You can create a percentage discount coupon code when you offer to deduct a percentage on your customer’s total order. Follow the below steps to create a percentage discount coupon code.
Select the Percentage radio option to create a percentage discount coupon code.
Under the Coupon Details section, enter a custom coupon code under the “Enter Coupon Code” field.
Next, enter a discount percentage you wish to offer under the “Discount Percentage” field. For example, 20 for 20% discount percentage.
Under the “Enter Minimum Order Value” field, enter the value where your percentage discount coupon can be applied.
Next, under the “Max Discount Value” field, enter the maximum discount value to cap the discount amount.
Other Details
In the Other Details section, the first option is to select whether your percentage discount coupon is applicable to the entire Windo shop or only to select products.
To pick where your percentage discount coupon code is applicable, tap on the “Discount is Applicable On?” dropdown.
Pick the Shop option from the dropdown to apply your percentage discount coupon to your entire shop. The discount coupon will now be applicable once you save it.
Pick the Products option from the dropdown to apply your percentage discount coupon on select products in your shop.
You will now see an Add Products button appear. Tap on it to select the product to which your discount will be applied.
Now, select the product you wish the discount to be applied to. After selecting the products, you will see them lined up under the dropdown.
